To mark the 150th anniversary of the inception of relations between Japan and the United States, The University of California, Berkeley Art Museum & Pacific Film Archive will be screening five films from two studios that have shaped the history of Japanese animation through their vision and artistic virtuosity, Studio Ghibli and Tezuka Productions.
