I am a professional cosplayer and commissioner for hire for custom costumes from Fort Worth, Texas. I began sewing when I was young because of my love for historical clothing, and that love has never died away! My love of Victorian gowns led me to Civil War reenacting, where I learned historically accurate sewing techniques and craftsmanship. I eventually began recreating movie costumes that I loved, which, inevitably, led me to the wonderful world of cosplay! Through the years I've gained many new skills, including wig styling, prop building, fun foam crafting (my all-time favourite material!), wing building, and much more. I've had the privilege of working with clients around the world as a costume designer, including MTV and Viva! Dallas Burlesque. I've recently been featured in the book Cosplay in America wearing my Cardinal Sforza cosplay.
