Biography:
Known for his electric personality and off the wall sense of humor, Brian Foster Kane is a writer, poet, musician, and actor. Brian was born in Long Beach and raised in the Central Valley of California and Las Vegas. He has been performing music live and on studio albums for over a decade, serving as everything from lead singer to session musician for nearly a dozen bands and solo artists. His current musical venture, Brian Foster Kane & The Wild Years is currently writing/recording their debut album "Odessa", which will be released in stores and on iTunes in 2011.
Brian also has two books releasing in 2011. "The Wanderer: The Lost Memoirs of Donovan Murphy" is the story of the love, loss, fame, and faith of a traveling derelict, and has already garnered a huge Internet buzz from excerpts released last year via independent publishers. "Blackened White" is a series of short stories and poems, and the release will be followed by a full length tour across the U.S., where Brian will be reading selections from the book at venues and Universities, accompanied by original song selections from "Odessa".
Brian currently resides in Los Angeles, and makes regular appearances at a variety of all night diners, dive bars, and detention centers.
