Anime Convention

Bellingham Anime Convention A.K.A. "BA-CON" is a small anime convention that started as a program of the Bellingham Public Library in 2011. Historically BA-CON has provided a wonderful place to participate in workshops, sell artwork, make friends, meet cosplayers, and have fun! After running annually for five years, we changed venues so that we could grow as an event and get more involved with the community. In May 2015, we grew to an attendance of 357 people! This illustrated that the community really has a desire for a local anime convention! This year we became a Non-Profit Organization with the desire to continue growing as an event. We are now bigger than ever with guests, cosplay, artists, vendors, panels, gaming, and more!
