"I am so very sorry, but due to miscommunication, the convention rooms are no longer available. For those coming from out-of-state, if you have already booked hotel rooms, I am sorry, but I'm sure it's not too late to cancel. Also, if you are coming from out-of-state and do not wish to cancel, meet-ups are still available if people want to hang out. The park near the Indianapolis Zoo is where we will meet-up, which is where we met up our first year. If anybody has any problems canceling or money is involved, I will be here to fix any problems."
