Information: Doki Doki - The Manchester Japanese Festival is the first event of its kind in Manchester to celebrate not only anime and manga but also Japanese culture. This event will be running every 2 years, alternating with Japan Society North West's Japan Day.
The festival comprises a daytime event, running from 9am-7pm, followed by an evening cosplay party event, from 9pm-4am.
There is no age limit for the daytime event, but anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian - the child will get in for free. The evening event is 18+ only.
